  • Provide a list of referrals for various types of birthing and post-partum services. Ex: chiropractor, acupuncture, pelvic-floor exercises, etc.

Day of Birth Support

We will be there to support you on the day of your birthing experience.

  • Help you ensure that your birthing team complies with your wishes to the best of their ability.

  • Be the voice you may need to get the best experience from your birthing team as you bring your baby into the world.

  • Guide you in mindfulness techniques to keep a calmer mind and body during birth.

  • Teach and support you in techniques to help ease the discomfort you may experience during labor.

  • Be an extra hand to hold and a calm presence to rely on during your birthing experience.

  • Help to ensure you understand the reasoning behind various procedures your birthing team may be administering.

Postpartum Support

We want to be there to make the home transition go as smoothly as possible.

  • Help answer lactation questions and provide helpful feeding positions that should help your baby and you get the best chest-feeding experience.

  • Do check-ins to ensure you are healing well, both physically and emotionally.

  • Give you signs to be aware of in regards to PPD/PPA (postpartum depression/postpartum anxiety).

  • Provide suggestions for optimal baby sleep and feeding routines.

  • Inspire the confidence needed to feel and perform your best now that you are home with your baby.

  • Suggest best practices to support you and your partner/family with a smooth transition into your new life.

  • Give advice/suggestions for older siblings who need additional support.

  • Help with some light housekeeping around the home to help you feel less overwhelmed in the first few weeks you are recovering.

  • Help prepare snacks and some meals for you and your family, if needed, so you know their needs are being met.
